KitDup — Shipping Policy

All orders are custom made. Please allow the following timeframes from the date of full payment confirmation:

Production time: 20 business days

Shipping time: 8–10 business days

Total estimated time: 28–30 business days from payment to delivery

We ship Canada-wide. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. KitDup is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
