KitDup — Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, KitDup does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Refunds

Every jersey is made to order based on your specific team details, names, numbers, sizes, colors, and logos. Because each order is fully personalized, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

Errors & Issues

We stand behind the quality of our work. If KitDup makes an error on your order compared to your approved mockup — such as a wrong name, wrong number, or wrong size — simply contact us at info@kitdup.com with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and remake the affected jerseys at no cost to you.

Please note: errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering are not eligible for a remake or refund. This is why we require written approval of your mockup before production begins.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@kitdup.com with photos so we can make it right.

Non-Eligible Situations

The following are not eligible for a remake or refund: incorrect information submitted by the customer, size changes after mockup approval, design changes after mockup approval, and orders where the customer approved the mockup as-is.
