Order & Refund Policy

All sales are final. KitDup does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Every order requires a full approved mockup before production begins — you are responsible for verifying all names, numbers, sizes, and designs before giving written approval. If KitDup makes an error on our end compared to your approved order, we will remake the affected jerseys at no cost to you. Errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for a remake or refund. Full payment is required before production starts. Minimum order is 10 jerseys.
